THE RISING FATHER STANDARD (RETURNS & REFUNDS)
The 30-Day Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a full refund, your item must be in "Deployment Ready" condition:

Unworn and unwashed.

Original tags attached (if applicable).

In its original packaging.

Free of scents, stains, or pet hair.
Items that have been worn for training, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at shop@risingfather.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Gear We prioritize quality control, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective (e.g., ripped seam, misprint) or the wrong size/item, contact us immediately at shop@risingfather.com so we can make it right. We will replace defective items at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Washed/Worn Items: Any item that shows signs of wear or washing.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the gear you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item/size.
Refund Processing We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm approval.

Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
