SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROTOCOL

Processing & Dispatch We move with speed and precision. All orders are processed and packed for deployment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a Mission Confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your gear leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Carriers: We utilize premium ground services (USPS / UPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 4 to 8 business days.

  • Carrier: DHL Express / UPS Worldwide.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Rising Father has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Tracking Your Deployment Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status in real-time.

Shipping Delays We strive for absolute precision in our delivery estimates. However, delays can occasionally occur due to external factors (weather events, carrier surges, or customs inspections). Rising Father is not liable for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.

Incorrect Addresses Please verify your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages Rising Father is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please ensure you have a secure location for delivery.
